YouTube launches "shows" section

Postby Flash » Wed Dec 02, 2009 11:46 pm

Hi everyone,

YouTube now shows TV series on demand for FREE. You can see here.
Even a small selection of Anime is on show for you to watch... However. It is only available in some countries.

I don't know how this has been up but I only noticed it this evening.

P.S According to the Guardian, it's been up since Channel4 launched their video-on-demand section, built with YouTube. Posted 19th November.

I watched some shows on this the other day, was alright, but it was low quality and they had no option for HD or HQ which was irritating.

Can't really complain since it's free and legal. I'm just glad they're beginning to offer these kind of shows to the public.

The good thing is they also supply the japanese versions with subtitles, which is my preferred choice compared to dubbed versions.
